By staying on the farm, you can experience what it means to be part of nature, to reconnect with our environment and eat food that we have witnessed growing from the Titiwangsa soil. Most of the food is grown in a sustainable and organic way that respects the earth and its surroundings. Our chickens and ducks also share the same space.Â
We harvest rainwater and practice other conservation techniques that do not harm the earth. We do not have air conditioning, as our space is well-ventilated with natural air, and the nights are filled with cool mountain air.
There are no harsh chemicals or poisonous fogging at the farm, so please bring mosquito repellant cream. Although we have mosquito traps for the rooms, we don’t destroy the mosquitos.Â
Instead of typical flush toilets that can pollute seas and rivers, we use eco-friendly toilets at the farm, which are about 15m away from the rooms. This unique waste management system uses bokashi bran (fermented cocopeat), which we make, to turn waste into soil in a safe, fast and odourless way.
